Festac Town is a beautiful city and there a lot of fun places. The city is quite safe and there is a low crime rate. The population is also very friendly and there are various markets and shops to purchase items. There is hardly any traffic in the city, however, it is quite cumbersome leaving the estate to far locations because of the bad road and traffic of the areas surrounding Festac.

Festac was found in 1977 to host the All African games, culture and tourism. It is a community of over 2 million residents living in different stereotype buildings. The community has basic amenities such as schools, hospitals, worship centers, police departments, Stores/open markets, Guesthouses and Pubs.
