Festac Town is a beautiful city and there a lot of fun places. The city is quite safe and there is a low crime rate. The population is also very friendly and there are various markets and shops to purchase items. There is hardly any traffic in the city, however, it is quite cumbersome leaving the estate to far locations because of the bad road and traffic of the areas surrounding Festac.
