Excelsior has a small-town vibe in the suburbs of Minneapolis surrounded by the largest lake in the Twin Cities area. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and can’t wait to talk up their town. The lake glistens beautifully in the bright sunlight each summer day. Make sure to stop by the local eateries and enjoy a burger.

When contemplating a move to my hometown, one should explore the beautiful landscape and amenities surrounding the area. In addition to boasting many lakes which allow for fishing, boating, and swimming, Excelsior is near an arboretum which showcases a myriad of beautiful flowers and vegetation. Excelsior also contains a quaint lakefront shopping district which includes an ice cream shop and a children’s bookstore.
