If you’re moving to Eti-osa expect bad water, poor electricity and road networks depending on the area. Food is fairly cheap compared to other parts of the state, and it’s a fairly safe semi-urban area.

Eti-Osa is the new economic nerve center of Lagos. Everything from commerce to housing developments and even factories or refinery projects is located here. It is becoming a true microcosm of all the entire state has to offer in its various segments. Unfortunately, it means that the one thing the state is known for is exaggerated and multiplied here: traffic congestion.
