Notably, Essex Fells itself lacks a downtown. Yet, this quaint borough is nestled in the hills of Essex County, among bustling nearby towns. As a resident of Essex Fells, I can’t hear distracting traffic and pedestrian noise, but not at the cost of convenience; I still have multiple shopping areas within minutes of me. Thus, Essex Fells’ location renders itself the ideal neighborhood for an individual dually in pursuit of peace and proximity.
