Erode is famous for turmeric cultivation and textile manufacturing. Education is with very good quality and affordable fees structure for students. People behave respectfully and with hospitality. Railway Station, Bus Terminus, Hospitals and many more are very nearby compared to Metropolitan cities like Chennai, Bangalore etc. Erode has many tourist spots and people can enjoy their time over there in their leisure time.

Major source of income for my city comes from agriculture and textiles. My city is filled with farms and handlooms. You can find lot of peaceful places full of greenery. People are innocent and accommodating. Safe neighborhood is one of the advantage. People care about their neighbours and respect everyone. Modernization of textile industry has fueled the growth of employment. My city is clean and safe. One will fall in love with the city once they move in.

Erode is nearer to coimbatore Manchester of south india. It is a well-known city for textile merchandise. Dying and bleaching factories are more in this city. It is called turmeric city. Farmers largely cultivate turmeric in our city and rice, coconut tree, plantain tree, sugarcane are another main productions.

My city is a peaceful place to survive, and so I recommend them to arrive. Since every facilities needed is available to lead a beautiful life. Many educational institutions, with friendly people in an Eco – friendly environment is seen and with good water facilities with agricultural land gives one a peaceful experience.

Erode is one of the most famous and popular cities in Tamil Nadu. It is known as Carpet city. In the banks of river Kaveri, and its situated centrally on the southern India peninsula. Erode is also well known for its agriculture, textile, and handlooms, and its produces a larger number of turmeric and knitwear and food products. It’s also an affordable city.

Erode, which is famous for turmeric. There are many visiting Places like Malls, Texvalley, Rivers, five in one Theaters, Bazaars, etc. Periyar is born in this city. Peoples are more kind in this city. Tirupur is nearer to this city. There are many temples, mosques and churches. Erode is called a yellow city because it is rich in turmeric.

Finding jobs could be easy in this town because of the concentration of business and commercial establishments.

The place where I live is more a town than a city, but it has all the facilities available like what would one expect from the city for example great schools and colleges, good business opportunities, peaceful life, etc. Great leaders like Periyar were born in this soil. Medical facilities are exemplary in my town. I would encourage people to move base here.

Erode is famously known as “Turmeric City” or “Yellow City” for the production of turmeric in the state. Erode is famous for its fabric industries. But apart from that, ‘The Man Who Knew Infinity’ Srinivasa Ramanujan, and ‘Pagutharivu Pagalavan’ Periyar E. V. Ramasamy are the notable personalities and the pride of Erode. Both these stalwarts were born in Erode. They may not be alive. But the legacy left them can’t be replaced at any cost. As a whole Erode is a Simplicity at its best!

Erode has many tourist attractions like artificial falls, bird’s sanctuary and most famous for turmeric which get exported around 100 metrics tonnes per year. Yearly temple festival also very popular during which whole city gathers and spray holy water. Textile business also a prominent business, where we can get fancy quality clothes for cheaper price and that too exported.
