The town is a half hour away from anywhere any Epping Native would wish to go and only a train ride away from Boston. The school is small enough for students to build good friendships with their teachers and learn skills and build relationships that kids at larger regional schools don’t get the chance to know. Downtown you can’t go more than 45 seconds without passing a pizza place.

HELPFUL REPORT

Epping harbors numerous commuters to Boston and the Port City of Portsmouth. If you look past that busy intersection and strip mall you wouldn’t be able to go by ten houses without finding one with chickens, horses, goats or the occasional cow. The town has Rail trails for biking and snow mobiles that crisscross all over town. There’s the old Harvey family farm that has the best hill for sledding in the winter.

Epping is in the middle of New England, in the wilderness of Southeastern New Hampshire. To the locals, Epping is the ‘Center of the Universe’. It’s a half hour from the malls and international Airport in Manchester. It’s a half hour from the Hampton and Salisbury beaches. It’s about an hour from Boston and from the Maine border. Epping is home to an intersection of highways and is bustling with new retail stores along those highways.

If someone was moving here, it is a fabulous place. It is a safe country town, and has amenities close by. Epping has a small shopping center with everything you might need; from groceries to restaurants to the movies. Epping also has a nice, quiet rail trail which residents enjoy for walking, running, or bike riding. This town also has its own elementary, middle, and high school. Everything you could need, close to home!
