2. Epe, Lekki and its corridors are goldmines for smart real estate investors that are ready to double their investment.
3. Epe Lagos is a good location to invest and there’s a signed MOU from the government in developing Epe Lagos Axis.
4. Epe and Ibeju Lekki hold a huge potential investment for both cheap and expensive properties. You can buy properties as cheap as N500,000 to Millions in a very good location within Epe, Ibeju-Lekki free Trade zone axis, Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Lakowe.
