Denver is known for being the “Mile High City.” Knowing that, people need to be prepared for a difference in altitude from other places in the country. Some people have been diagnosed with “altitude sickness” upon arrival to Denver. It can be accompanied by shortness of breath, and in extreme cases, may require the use of oxygen.

Englewood is located 15 minutes outside of Denver. The state is beautiful with many outdoor activities. Specifically, Englewood is a diverse city. The people in Englewood are nice and helpful. Englewood is also about an hour from the mountains. Therefore, camping is made easy in summer and snow sports are easily accessible in winter.

Before moving to Englewood, Colorado one must consider what is most to be desired in location. Englewood has many family-friendly neighborhoods within walking distance from quality schools. However, its nearness to downtown Littleton, easy commute to downtown Denver, and its own small downtown strip make Englewood the perfect location for any foodie!
