Downey, California, is a small city within Los Angeles County. It was previously home to world-renowned studios and was once called “Hollywood Lite”. With LAX being a quick 25 minute drive, Manhattan Beach a cool 20-minute drive and downtown LA a swift 10, Downey is perfectly centralized to all that LA has to offer.

The area used to be known for building airplane parts for the military back in the 1950s. A small town contributing to the war. Along with having that later on it soon used to host a movie studio and filming site for entertainment films. Today it has modernized into a town filled with a high percentage of the latino demographic today.
