Dnipro is one of the biggest industrial cities in Ukraine. The population is more than one million people. There are a lot of interesting and beautiful places to visit, for example, Shevchenko’s park, Lazar Globa’s park, Ekaterinoslav Boulevard, and the longest embankment in Europe, where you can find beautiful fountains and statues.

Dnipro is a dynamic and lively city. It is also the centre of high-technology industries, education, machine-building, metallurgy and trade. The city is not only famous for its commercial industry, but also its green hills and deep history. Central street of the city has the name of Dmytro Yavornitzky. It is a very beautiful, wide and long parkway, which stretches east to west through the central part of the city.

Dnipro is quite expensive. Besides, quality of life should be taken into consideration as well. The country as a whole is not an environmentally friendly and has deficient physical infrastructure in many places. Another crucial point is communication. The majority of people speak either Ukrainian or Russian. For this reason, it may be tricky to communicate with locals.
