Great schools. Definitely a traditional small town with eager citizen participation in socio-political issues. Housing and taxes are typical NY-expensive. We are in the catchment area for NYC commuters, including police and firefighters as well as management employees (employers too).

If someone is deciding to move to Cornwall, they should consider the type of lifestyle they are comfortable with. Life in this city can be quite slow, but that isn’t always a bad thing. The citizens are amicable and kind in the sleepy suburb where I, specifically, live. It’s a charming place to retire or to raise a family.
