Cooch Behar is a small Indian town in the state of West Bengal bordering Assam. The people speak mostly Bengali, but understand Assamese, Hindi and English too. Life in Cooch Behar is simple. The main attraction is the royal palace which attracts a lot of visitors throughout the year. The educational institutions are plenty, however it cannot be termed as an educational hub. All the basic necessities are available though.
