The city was originally established as a military encampment, and was soon transformed into a small bustling town by advancement of regional logging and mining industries. Today, a population of roughly 60,000 people reside comfortably in the forested paradise.
Coeur d’Alene is a small town which offers the amenities of a large city. It is on Lake Coeur d’Alene, which is nestled in green mountains of the Inland Northwest. The weather is fairly temperate and there are many opportunities for outdoor activities throughout the year. Flora and fauna offerings are plentiful and diverse.
