If you’re moving to Coconut Creek, know that there are homes, condos and apartments for sale and rent. It’s safe and clean with its own police force, and local community center and theater. While west of I-95 and not in a hurricane evacuation zone, it’s within an easy half hour drive of more than one public beach.

Like all of South Florida, Coconut Creek is a gorgeous place! From palm trees to clear blue skies and perfect weather year-round, to great beaches, everything seems much nicer when you can bask in the sun and wear flip-flops any day of the year!
