Cocoa is a small town with very little to do. The crime rate is high and the citizens of which are mostly unpleasant. We only have a few places to shop for groceries. Walmart is the only major place to shop, though, there is a mall across the bridge on Merritt Island.

Cocoa is not a beach town but close enough to the beach for residents to enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Cocoa, while not overly crowded, is close enough to major cities like Orlando and Miami so those wanting the amenities of large cities can easily travel for a day trip or overnight excursion. Like many cities, Cocoa has its share of good and bad points but overall, it’s a great place.
