Coatesville is undergoing revitalization to bring businesses and homeowners back into our community. The City has been working on developing a train station to allow for another mode of transportation and provide accessibility to the City and neighboring communities. Investors are also looking to develop a recreational center which is expected to bring people to our area.
Coatesville, PA is a diverse city about 45 minutes west of Philadelphia and 45 minutes east of Lancaster. Therefore, the benefits of city and country life are easily within your reach. One will never be bored in this burgeoning area! From the newly-developed Coatesville Arts Center to renovation projects popping up all over downtown, it is a perfect location to raise a family, expand a business and/or explore new adventures. We are minutes from huge shopping and eateries, college events and beautiful local and state parks.
