If you were to move to Cloudcroft, the first thing know is that this village, as it is a village, is a good distance from true civilization. You will have to drive for up to an hour to do simple things, such as get groceries. It does have positive aspects. The village is in the Lincoln National Forest, which give beautiful views from wherever you end up staying. This forest is a beautiful place to do any sort of outdoor activity you can think of. Cloudcroft even gets snow in winter, making it that much more gorgeous of a place.
