This is a great place to retire to, with mild weather, 55+ communities, beaches, restaurants, arts….just a multitude of activities.

If you are moving to Clearwater, FL you need to know that summers are very hot and that the climate the rest of the year is warm. Tourism is big here so you should live in a residential area away from tourist. The beach and Gulf of Mexico are about 15 minutes away.

If you’re moving to Clearwater, FL, USA, you need to know that rental rates are much higher the past few years. One bedroom apartments tend to be $1600 to $1700 a month. The beaches are beautiful, but it does get hot and humid in the summer. Winters are mostly warm, with only a few cold days, very rarely below freezing. Clearwater is near St. Petersburg, which has a few nice museums, including the Dail museum, and a beautiful waterfront wiht many nice restarurants.

Clearwater is a beautiful city. With the beach being, at most, 30 minutes away, you’ll always be ready for some summer fun! Not only that but on the way to the beach, you’ll pass by the Clearwater Aquarium, famous for Winter the Dolphin from the movie of the same name. You’ll have a fun time in Clearwater!

Possibly the one fact to recommend living here is, as most people know, the nice weather. The climate in the area is fairly moderate and comfortable most of the year. Summers tend to be a little hot and the humidity is noticeable though not intolerable. The atmosphere in general is what could be described as “laid back”. It’s a very pretty part of the country and many living here whether part of full time do like it.

Someone whom has considered moving here should know Clearwater is a beautiful place. It is filled with beautiful beaches and parks. Clearwater is known for having the number one beach in America. You’ll notice that most people in Clearwater are happy. Many people spend their days in the sun, skating, biking or swimming!
