Champlin is a quiet, small community with conservative values. It is south of the Mississippi River and approximately 20 minutes north of the city, Minneapolis. Champlin is a fantastic community to raise a family, especially if you seek a forever home. Shopping consists of a Target, Cub Foods, several auto shops, and close freeway access to a larger a shopping center.
