Champlin is an uncrowded, suburban area less than ten miles from Minneapolis, accessible by Highway 610 or Highway 169. Champlin is home to many small restaurants and businesses; residents appreciate the small-town feel with the big-city accessibility. Students in Champlin are part of the largest school district in the state of MN.

HELPFUL REPORT

Champlin is a quiet, small community with conservative values. It is south of the Mississippi River and approximately 20 minutes north of the city, Minneapolis. Champlin is a fantastic community to raise a family, especially if you seek a forever home. Shopping consists of a Target, Cub Foods, several auto shops, and close freeway access to a larger a shopping center.
