Chagrin Falls is a quaint suburb of Cleveland. In northeast Ohio, Chagrin Falls is well-known for its magnificent waterfalls and rich historical sites. When moving to Chagrin Falls, one must, however, consider the cost of living. Downtown Chagrin Falls is more expensive than its surrounding areas, but the charm of small town bustle.

HELPFUL REPORT

Chagrin Falls, Ohio, is as idyllic as it sounds. It is picturesque in all four seasons of the year but especially in Spring and Summer when the river is the highest and the water flows the fastest. If you like to be busy and with others, there is never a lack of things to do in this small town as there are many festivals, restaurants and shops in which to spend time. Living in the downtown of Chagrin Falls is a great choice for any newcomer although housing is older and prices are higher than other areas.
