Castries wasn’t always the beautiful peace of paradise you see today. However, it has character built from its history in battle, with landmarks of war use as a memorial for people old and new to remember and appreciate the beauty and peaceful day to day working of this magnificent country.

Castries though bustling with market vendors, government workers rushing from office to office and taxi drivers flagging down tourists during the day time hours becomes a near ghost town at night. The only nightlife activities can be enjoyed on Wednesday nights with country and western music night and karaoke on Saturday nights. if you are looking for quiet evenings enjoying the stars and occasional music the Castries is the place for you.

Castries is a lovely city located in the north of the island. From the beautiful beaches to the wonderful people who walk the streets, everybody is just so friendly.

Castries is the capital of my country. It was once devastated by a fire but has remained beautiful. It contains most amenities and transportation is not a problem. This city has a marina where cruise ships dock allowing visitors easy access to the neighbouring towns.

It is adorn with a beautiful harbour, from which the cascading mountains are captured. The city is small but very comprehensive with all amenities available within few minutes, walking distance apart. Our people are very friendly and we have a reliable, affordable and safe transportation and taxi system. The Airport is a few minutes from the city.
