One comment on “Casco”
Casco is a seasonal town with difficult but serene winters and bustling, humid summers–spring and fall are both far too short. Our pristine lakes, rivers, and ponds are the main tourist attractions, and our proximity to Portland provides options for shopping, dining, and culture. Although many residents leave during the off-season, Casco is beautiful year-round, especially for winter sports lovers: ice-fishing, skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing are all popular. In short, “bring your boots! “
