Carshalton is a suburb of London. Carshalton is a leafy area of south London and can be accessed via train from London Victoria or London Blackfriars. The area of Carshalton Ponds is particularly picturesque. The River Wandle also runs through Carshalton and you can walk along the river path towards Wallington or Morden.
