Tips for Moving and Visiting

Camborne is ideally situated for holidaymakers as it is close to the beautiful beaches at Gwithian, St Ives and Portreath. It has excellent access to the rest of Cornwall by train and road and is off the beaten tourist track. There are the woods at Tehidy for dog walkers and nearby cliffs for walks with stunning views of the coast.
When moving to Camborne, one should be acquainted with the history of the town. As it is rich in mining heritage, there are plenty of landmarks to visit and various sites of natural beauty dotted around. The coastline is visible from hilltops where I live and only a short bus ride away. Cornish customs should be taken note of before visiting.
