Living in a rural area is one of the smartest choice one could make. Aside from the peaceful ambiance, people around you always make sure you are well taken care of. We treat everyone as our family, strangers or not. In our small town, everyone should be involved in every activity, this is to make sure that no one will be left behind.

Cabagan is one of the municipalities in Isabela. Most people here are Ybanags, meaning “people of the river.” Thus, when one decides to move to the town for good, it would be really helpful if you know some Ibanag words. Nevertheless, you can still communicate using English or Tagalog. If you are looking for leisure and destinations, Cabagan may not have much. However, we do have the “Square Park” which is an amusement park that is perfect for family bonding after attending the mass in the St. Paul Parish Church just in front.
