Quiet area close to Manassas and Gainesville, both which have a lot of restaurants and small businesses. There is a lot of shopping nearby.

Bristow is a safe community with many young families. It is a suburban area about 30 miles outside of Washington, DC It is beneficial to have your own personal vehicle, as public transportation is not easily accessible. However, Bristow has many attractive qualities such as nature trails, parks, and neighborhood pools.

Bristow is a small suburb in northern Virginia (NoVA), between the better known areas of Gainesville and Manassas. Because of its location in NoVA, it has a moderately high cost of living, with most citizens in the middle class income bracket. It has a number of shops, chain stores, and restaurants, and is home to Jiffy Lube Live, a large concert arena.

Much is to consider about Bristow, VA, such as the cost of residency and the many jobs that are offered. The cost of residency is relatively high and this is due to the many new company’s and manufacturer’s that have grown and developed their business and industry in this area. while the residency is slightly higher than the average there are still many opportunities which make up for that.
