Brandon is conveniently located approximately twenty minutes from Tampa Bay. The city has many options for both dining and shopping. In just a short drive you can easily have access to beautiful state parks, amusement parks, beaches, and much more! This beautiful city offers a small town feel with tons of options for entertainment for the whole family.

They need to know that the traffic is atrocious and you must leave at least 20 minutes before your appointment to be on time. We are receiving more and more residents moving to the area and it is causing crowding on the roads. What used to take 5 to 10 minutes to travel is now taking 20 to 30 minutes.

When moving to Brandon, Fl you have to prepare yourself for the massive amount of traffic you are going to experience. This city is only 15 minutes from Tampa, Fl, so, all of the overflow comes into Brandon, Fl. The one upside is the housing market. You could get a beautiful house for an amazing price.

Brandon is a city close to Tampa, Florida. If moving to Brandon please know there are many ponds and while enjoying your evening walk please do not get too close to the water. Why you ask? Those pretty ponds are often inhabited by alligators. Be safe!

Brandon is a community near the city of Tampa in Hillsborough County, Florida. Brandon has a lot to offer including shopping centers, restaurants, family friendly neighborhoods, great schools and affordable homes. The local climate is subtropical and many beaches are a short drive away! I recommend Brandon to anyone planning on commuting to Tampa while still being able to afford quality housing.

Brandon, while beautiful, can be very hot and humid during summer. The temperature can reach to deadly highs if you are not careful. The beaches are clean and inviting. Brandon is a great place to make friends, go fishing, and spend time outdoors. I recommend people who don’t like hot weather to avoid my city.
