A very quiet village in the heart of Essex. There is plenty of greenland where children can run and play. There is plenty of shops and restaurants to keep adults entertained. There is also cinema, swimming pool and bowling alley which can be enjoyed. The people are friendly and very welcoming.

It’s very tranquil. Lots of fields and also lots of parks and woodlands for children to explore. Also, it’s fantastic for walking dogs. In Rayne, there is an old train converted to a coffee shop. There is small town centre and a very large shopping outlet which sells designer clothes.

Braintree is a historic market town which features many shops and a variety of chain restaurants. As a result of this, Braintree attracts visitors year-round. There are also areas of the Braintree District which are more rural; allowing for relaxing early Sunday morning walks watching the pale red and orange sky over the peaceful green fields.
