Boca Raton is in Florida approximately 30 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale. It has a wide variety of attractions including a dog beach and an art museum. The city has an exciting downtown full of shops and restaurants. Avoid going in summer when temperatures are extremely hot and rainy. During winters, you’ll enjoy a cool breeze and pleasant water temperature.

Someone moving to Boca Raton should know although there are many wonderful things about the area, there are some pretty irritating aspects as well. Boca Raton features warm weather year-round, a vast array of golf courses, beaches, and other outdoor activities, and a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. However, the city is also home to constant rainstorms, an incessant swarm of mosquitoes, and an excessive amount of senior citizens.

The weather is always nice and sunny. It is a small town with a few activities and destination spots. Culturally, it has a lot to offer – from fine gourmet restaurants to concerts and museums. It is a great town. Boca Raton is also a prime beach destination.

Listening to live music is also a fun way to spend your day when out and about. If you are looking for something else to do try looking into visiting the Everglades.
