Belleville is very big but simple suburban town outside the city St. Louis. There are many activities to do here. Downtown Belleville there is a huge water fountain with a roundabout that surrounds it. Belleville also has many big schools. Belleville West, Belleville East, Lindenwood, and Swic just to name a few.

Belleville, known as the “beautiful city”, is a small town located only 20 minutes from St. Louis, Missouri. Though several construction projects are jump starting the advancement of the city, the heart of Belleville beats for the “old town” feel. Transitioning from the hustle and bustle of the busy work week into the fun, relaxing weekend is easy with “The Square”. A street in downtown Belleville, complete with vintage thrift stores, several bars, and a famous movie theater. In Belleville, you can find any type of living style that fits your life the best.

Belleville is one of the biggest towns in south Illinois, just half an hour outside of St. Louis, Missouri. There are four high schools in town: Belleville East and Belleville West, which are public, and Althoff Catholic High School and Governor French Academy, which are private. Belleville is also famous for having one of the longest main streets in the United States, stretching over five miles. It is a reasonable town to live in if you want to work in a big city close to home.
