Honestly, if you are moving to Bauchi you should be expecting an environment with fewer people who have entrepreneurial minds. They mostly believe in white-collar jobs except those that aren’t privileged to work or school. It is a very peaceful place to be in also.
Bauchi is the best city ever, the people and tour sites are remarkable. It wouldn’t be strange to wake up to the aroma of food being fried across the street or to see people dressed up on Friday mornings to go to work. It’s one of the few places with an animal reserve that is open to the public with a natural spring and several historical museums. Everywhere shows the culture of the people and history of the town. I know you would love it here, it’s a simple and cheap town and you’ll fit in easily.
