Bath is a beautiful city, but it is important to consider the city’s high cost of living. Rents are among the highest in the country, and general foodstuffs are also pricier than in most towns. However, despite these drawbacks, I cannot recommend this city enough. The architecture, the restaurants, the surrounding countryside – all make Bath wondrous place to live.
Bath is a beautiful and ancient city in South West England. Famous for its Roman heritage, architecture, and rolling landscape, it is a popular tourist destination and being a thriving university city. It has many first-class schools, and is a great place to raise a family. Be warned however: there are a lot of hills, so bring your best walking shoes!
Bath is a popular tourist destination. Many people all over the world have came to this beautiful city. Many are attracted to the city centre where you can to visit the Roman baths. Visit Bath Abbey enjoy the views of the Georgian buildings near the Royal crescent.
Bath, although small, has a great deal of cultural offerings. For example, one may choose to visit the Roman Baths for a dip into the history of the city, or conversely may take a trip to Royal Victoria Park for a stroll through the blooms. The Bath skyline walk also offers stunning views across the valley, if that takes your fancy.
When moving here, at first you will be overwhelmed by the historical beauty that comes from an abundance of culture. The city is steeped in Roman influence in which you can experience first hand within the Thermea spa. Then take a step back into the history of this great city by visiting the Roman Baths.
