If you move to Batam, you’ll need to consider the weather, especially if you come from another country. Batam has high humidity. You must be ready to face traffic-jams during rush-hour. There’s lots of delicious foods here, and the great thing about this city is that it is very near to Singapore, it only takes 45 minutes by ferry.
What they should consider is the living condition, because it is pretty bad here, this city is very underdeveloped so if they want to live here then they must be ready for it, although it is cheap, there are lots of delicious foods here, and the great thing about this city is that it is very near to singapore, it only takes 45 minutes by ferry and only two hours to Johor Bahru Malaysia so it is a very strategic city.
