When one is deciding whether or not to move to Barstow, they should first think of the climate, people, and job opportunities. The climate remains the same year-round, but if one is not use to the dryness of the area, they’ll find it very unpleasant. The people can either be loving and sweet or spiteful and bitter, so choose your neighbors well. As with all of this if you are looking for job opportunities, you should look elsewhere, Barstow isn’t the place for one looking for a hefty job.
