When moving to Allen, TX, one should consider the cost of houses and the commute to work. It is quite far from the city and the drive during peak traffic becomes cumbersome. This increases the price of gas or the price of public transportation, depending on what you prefer. While Allen is a beautiful city, the price of the houses is significantly higher than surrounding cities.

Allen is home to one of the largest football stadiums in Texas. If you live in Allen, then you will attend football games on Friday night. There is not much else to do in our town, but we take great pride in our home team. The stadium makes most college stadiums look small.
