Alexandria is a beautiful, quaint town; it’s full of history and plenty of sights to see! The historic downtown sits on the waterfront of the Potomac river and boasts an abundance of dining options, as well as shopping experiences, for all tastes and price ranges. It is a charming, bustling city that still manages to have that small-town feel that many look for in such a populated area!

The traffic around here is terrible, but the views, if you take the George Washington Parkway into D.C., are gorgeous. The Potomac River is a sight to see when you’re driving alongside it, especially when it rains and the river rises. You have to be careful in that case as the river can flood and cause traffic to back up.

Have car and money because the house rent is expensive. You also should search and know about jobs, Shift in Cost of Living, Housing Availability, Change in Taxes, Health Care Switch, Moving Services, School Quality, Local Culture Differences. That good thing to know about it and be happy.

In Alexandria, VA there is a place called Old Towne. I could say that place is perfect for tourist because it has a great view to the boat stable it also has a lot of stores where you can buy different kinds of stuff. I would also say the best occasion to visit is summer.

Someone moving to Alexandria should know the weather is changing constantly. Yesterday, it was 50 degrees and windy, but today, it’s seventy degrees and sunny. They should also know that some of the schools nearby are very good with teachers who really care about their students, and students who are ready and excited to learn when they come to class, but some other schools are full of teachers who could care less and disruptive students.
