Alappuzha is a beautiful place nestled in the luscious greenery of Kerala. It is one of the largest districts in Kerala with a perfect blend of tiny traditional villages and sprawling developing towns. This place is known for its serene backwaters and opulent religious places. The food is authentically sumptuous and tangy. So I highly recommend all to visit this place, once in your lifetime.

Alappuzha is theoretically the cooler part of Kerala and a holds a great tourist attraction but in general it’s a place where the rains can be expected anytime. And especially during heavy rain periods, be ready for floods anytime as the weather in Kerala is absolutely unpredictable. Keeping apart the negatives, a place in India with the cleanest air available to breathe.
