Agbado is a very lively place like many cities in Lagos., the vast majority of the people here are self-employed. The roads are not dilapidated but they are not standard either; so I would say this may not be part of the best, but it is an averagely okay location to move to.

Agbado is a fairly large city full of traffic, just like the cities in Lagos; because of business. It is a lively city, I must say, as there are so many young adults here. However, the vast majority of the people here are either unemployed or self-employed and as such, this is not a developed city.
